Important Information for Your Appointment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This allows me to start relaxed and make the most of your appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot compensate for late arrivals.
Advance payments are made by individual agreement.
You will receive all payment information as part of your appointment confirmation.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
This way I can possibly reassign the slot and avoid downtime.
In case of short-notice cancellations, advance payments are non-refundable.
I kindly ask for your understanding – spontaneous cancellations cannot be compensated.
